When you feel like you’ve seen or done something before, it’s called déjà vu—that strange yet familiar feeling.

I remember it clearly: an afternoon in a cafe I’ve never been to before. In front of me was a cup of coffee, soft jazz music playing, and the aroma of toast filling the air.

Weird, right!?

Scientists often say that the symptom of déjà vu occurs because our brains experience technical errors in processing data, hehe, like a computer lagging—it only happens to humans. I don’t know! Funny, right?

Maybe this is nature’s way of reminding us not to take life too seriously. After all, remembering silly déjà vu moments and laughing at them isn’t a bad thing. After all, life is full of surprises.

So, the next time you experience déjà vu, smile. Just think of it as a spice in our daily lives. Life is hard enough, so moments like this are there for us to ask ourselves, "Am I really experiencing this? Or not?"

Oh yeah, speaking of déjà vu... Haven't I written this article before? Or not? 😉
