“My daughter, you won't treat him this way. He’s your father!” She said tapping and patting me on my back.
“No sane lady could accept those. I don't know why grandma won't understand,” These thoughts and lots more kept running in my mind.
“If anyone could do that to me, it shouldn't be the person I called my father. Is he really my father? I don't know. No one would tell me the truth. I haven't seen my mother. I have always believed that grandma is my mum until the truth came out.” I could know what to think and what not to think.
Every thought just kept coming to my mind. I have lost confidence in him. I have always taken him as a father but since that night, I have lost confidence in him.
Grandma has tried everything to restore our relationship back to how it used to be. My heart couldn't just accept it. I believe I was living with a father, I didn't know I was living with a monster.
Only a monster could do that. Only a monster could dare take away the dignity of a girl who respected and treated him as a father. There is no normal man who could do that, only a monster!
Let me take myself as it is. I have a responsibility to pick up the pieces of my broken virginity and bind them together again. I would never be the same again but I refuse to stay where he has dump me. I might have lost confidence in him but I still believe in myself.
