Sometimes, one's greatest enemy is not other people but oneself. Richard knows this better than anyone else. With his personality of always being suspicious of others, Richard was unable to form a meaningful relationship with another person.

Moreover, as someone who overthinks a lot and likes to procrastinate, only God knows how many opportunities he has missed in his 30-year life.

Richard has always wanted to change himself, but all of his attempts to correct his personality have failed. Feeling desperate, Richard decided to consult a psychiatrist, something he had not been willing to do for a long time as he always thought that only people with mental health issues needed a psychiatrist's help.

After many months of therapy, Richard finally noticed some changes. And after two more years of continuous therapy, Richard's life was totally transformed. Nowadays, Richard is a happily married man with a wife and a newly born daughter.
