I have been crying lately thinking about the world as it is. Why there has to be so much chaos and trauma? Why everyone is in so much hurry? Do people have time to look into their lives or they are just running a rat race? The arrogance and suppression of ruling class is already creating a huge gap between the dreams and reality of a Common Man. The world goes on, with its cruelty, life goes on and all remains are the memories some, unforgettable or trivials. Sometimes I really think it is really worth it, always trying to prove myself to the world, always trying to make a space for myself. But do we have other choice? Is it that easy?

Breaking from the Shackles of expectations, responsibilities, desires and hopes. One hardly gets to choose and not everyone can afford such luxury. But hell yeah nothing is paradise and so is Perfect. All we have is just this life and this world, no matter how and when, we should conquer inner doubt and keep trying to excel and make it better for our and our loved ones. Sometimes we will fall, sometimes we rise. People will love you and hate you, some will try to crush you, but even afterthat, keep pushing yourself each and everyday. These were the ramblings I was having in my mind when I was coming back from the work, that was really a hard and exhausting day and I was not in a good mood. And I keep taking to myself like this most of the time.

I stopped at a traffic signal and watched a boy running to each and every car stopped at the signal. He was trying to sell books and I was really shocked to see the load of those books he was carrying and still moving so fast and at ease. He was carrying somewhere around 20 books, one stacked another that literally covered his whole body. I wondered how he was so Quick and Comfortable in moving around. Few people should some interest in his call, they checked the books through their car window but hardly anyone found something interesting or they just weren't interested I guess. When the traffic signal went green, the boy came down to footpath where I was standing, he kept the book stack aside and had a huge sigh of relief and a deep breath. But there was clearly sadness and disappointment in his face of not much selling that day.

I asked him, "Hey Kid, Aren't you afraid running around in so much traffic?"
He looked at me with awkwardness then said confidently, "it's my daily routine"
I asked him, Do you go to School?
The boy continues to grin for a moment and then said, "Selling books brings me food everyday, not reading them in school".
Seriously I had no words, or idea how to reply to it. Then I picked a Book of my choice from his stack and gave a Note, He replied, "I don't have change Mr."
I said, "It's Fine, Keep it".
He looked again at me with awkwardness and then Picked another book and hand it to me and said, "Now we are fine Mr., Have a good day"
Meanwhile I was just looking at him in surprise, he picked up his book sack again and went rushing into the traffic signal again.
After a moment, when I looked at The Book the Boy gave me, It was Titled, 'One Day, Life Will Change'.

With a lot to already digest that day, the day was keep getting longer and I thought of giving myself a break. I went into a Park and sat down there for relaxing. I started observing around people in that park, I could easily see people of all age groups there. Kids were playing, Adults were talking and strolling around, while there were a group of old people relaxing and sharing anecdotes and discussing life in general. I saw a lady strolling with her dog. The dog looked so enthusiastic and it was pushing the lady faster while she was busy taking on her Phone. It was clearly seen that the lady was struggling hard to control the dog. Suddenly it went loose and started running around the park. But it's was a friendly Golden Retriever dog, running around excitedly. Suddenly I stooped near the fencing of the Park. When I saw through the fencing there were few street dogs roaming freely. The dog barked at the fence and it immediately got attention of other dogs too, they all started barking each other in excitement. Soon the lady caught the dog and started taking it back with her, while she was still busy on her Phone, the dog continued looking over the fence at his new friends. I could see the desperation in its eyes to be set free and roam around freely, play with other dogs, go whenever it want anytime. Then I realised, How could we humans give up so easily, luckily we have free will and choices, we can move and go anywhere, we can do anything, anytime, our lives are definitely much better than most of other living beings. With new ramblings and thoughts I moved towards home. It was a big day, I Guess.

hereThis is My First time writing into Weekend Freewrite Prompts by @mariannewest. It was an amazing experience and seriously I have no idea how well I did. But coming up with something new and specific in just 15 Minutes was very new and challenging for me. But I totally loved. Its a good brain storming exercise and definitely pushes the limits of amateur writers like me. If you are interested in writing, definitely try the Weekend Freewrite Prompt, see original Post
