I bumped into this video and have no idea if it helps but let me share it you never know.
1 cup of hot boiling water
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons paprika
1-2 Dashes of black pepper
1-2 teaspoons of honey (or sweetener)
Take it 45 minutes before bedtime
Or take it 30 to 35 minutes before breakfast...
I only know that cinnamon fights diarrhoea and it's very unpleasant to take (drink). A friend took it along as we went on a holiday (prevention) and bought capsules at the pharmacy to fill them with cinnamon. It wasn't expensive back then but still a kind of waste of money.
I like cinnamon if it comes to apple pie, the smell as well but the powder is yuck.
Are the reviews true? I have no idea since the biggest part only praise the lord for sending this man with his recipe or giving the recipe without asking for money or force people to listen to it for 1 hour or longer (LOL how greedy we are if ti comes to losing fat, not even willing to listen what causes it).
So if you try this (the belly fat recipe) and believe it helps let me know.
Perhaps it's a great remedy for the season we keep ourselves stuffing with sugar and carbs?
