I'm getting me again like me as following my own biorhythm. That's the great thing if you are no longer needed by your children. I'm changing to a night owl again which benefits the cat, but decided I will go earlier to bed tonight which isn't difficult since I went to bed this morning around 4:30 am. I admit I had a good time spending the night peacefully and I didn't feel too cold although I didn't use the stove to warm up the place. The strange thing is no matter how cold I feel at the end of the day it's over.
I had a slow start and did what I liked to do and had a good time listening rock music. Hocus Spocus (Focus a d Dutch rockband) still has the magic. There are more favourites but I rarely listen these days because it distracts (you know how it works sing-a-long and memories popping up.
Decaf, I don't need it even with 9000 mg vitamin C I fall asleep, it's the same if I drink coffee but in the animation shown you see how it affects the cat. Great humour. I had a good laugh.
