I think you're not being honest with yourself. You have managed to use Markup to manipulate your text in a way that I believe mimics facial expressions and body language very well.

You have the some of the most performative text on all of Hive, right in league with folks like @crimsonclad.

I hope that wasn't supposed to be funny cuz I didn't laugh at all. And that 100% was all ai.

I had minor hopes for a chuckle from the 'performative text' line. Can't win 'em all, but there's no limits to losing.

I don't care how minor dude, tell me more of this hope you speak of.

It's a bit like a politician...

Might make you feel good for a moment, but doesn't actually do anything.

I never felt anything for a politician for any amount of time. Does that make me hopeless? They get excited about someone they've never met. No matter how hard I try, I can't care. Can't even pretend to. And I'm the best pretender I know!

Not feeling anything for politicians doesn't make you hopeless, they only might make you feel good, and even then only for a moment. I've found that Hope can be a lot like that. So can hope.

I just saw your other handle cover Eve 6. If this sentence wasn't here and someone stopped by and all they saw was I just saw your other handle cover Eve 6 do you think they'd think it's English?

I meant to comment on the Macho Man make-up. Doesn't look like your first time wearing it. And I'm still here so, fuck it, you're getting a story.

I just woke up.

The end.

Not really, just seeing if you're awake.

So, anyway, I just woke up from one of those didn't mean to fall asleep sleeps so now I'm woke. Apparently I was out for two hours. One of those outs where when you wake up, you don't know where you are for about a minute, know what I mean?

I heard kids carrying things downstairs, their voices weren't quite drivers license age yet so I'm guessing 14-15. Their feet crashing on the steps is what woke me up.

Whatever they're carrying must be heavy.

But I don't remember asking anyone to move anything. That, and we don't have steps!

I got up. Up-up. More up than I was that first minute I was talking about. I was right, I didn't hire anyone to move anything.

They're partying across the street I guess, kids / pool et cetera. Those weren't steps, must've been fireworks. You know, cuz July 4 and all that.

What I'm trying to say is, I'm awake now.
