RE: For friends abroad and beyond. The russians attacked Ukraine. Every voice is important

Ukraine should fight back and Europe and US must send troops.

oh, and please can you develop the idea about US troops abroad, and why do you entitle US to the role of the World Policeman?
in the past, there existed a nice slogan -

YANKEE GO HOME

now it seems to be well forgotten.

It is too risky for NATO to get involved into this. Not to say that Ukraine is not a NATO member, but it could lead to a World War III. I have seen news about the President of Ukraine suggesting he will have an exchange with Putin and negociating over the situation. I guess things should evolve from there.

thank you for wise words.
its easy to start a 'little victorious war', yeah. and hard to stop, but easy to loose very much else. I'd like by heart Russia to get rid of Putin, and become free, and people would live a much happier life. but it not gonna happen. I pray the WW3 will not happen.

Yes, we have to avoid more conflict and we don't need to start a bigger war, we have to see things strategically and in the long run. I guess it is understandable that Ukrainian people are in such a desperate condition and just can't see too many alternatives. Putin has a long tradition in Russia and I guess he will still have...I see his points in this conflict but I think you can't control everything and you also have to give freedom to your nation...as for the USA, there's another complicated story...in my opinion.

at least you are not saying that Russians elected him, and we are to blame for all his lunacies.
I live here, you know, and suffer thru all of my grown-up life.

there is a good saying that generally captures the essence of how we feel here. could be a slogan on my tee: "never lived well - should not start dreaming about it."

😶

thats essential saying, the eccence, yes.
here is another one for you, that you may enjoy. it hints at the deceitful official language and the endless rake hitting yourself: "this has never happened! and suddenly it happened again".
