I'm not going to prescribe you any medications over the internet, Khal 😜 In-person appointments only!
In all seriousness, it may be better if we're able to embrace and accept our own flaws so that we can work on them... or not! Some people simply don't care. I sometimes envy them. 😂
In all seriousness - it is good to recognize your own flaws. Some people can't stand and look in the mirror. I am a big believer in feedback. Whether that means feedback on the UI or feedback I give to myself on a deeply personal level
That's a mature and respectable quality! It's quite tough for us to do because it brings out truths that we sometimes cannot face. It's also important to elicit other people's feedback - particularly those who are close to us and truly care. Their insights can tell us things that we may not know, or even may not want to know. Good family members and close friends can do this quite skillfully. It's a gift to have someone like that in your life.

It is! A very rare quality to find in family and even more rare in friends (family tend to be more candid in their feedback)
Cultivate those relationships and hold them close!
