That's a mature and respectable quality! It's quite tough for us to do because it brings out truths that we sometimes cannot face. It's also important to elicit other people's feedback - particularly those who are close to us and truly care. Their insights can tell us things that we may not know, or even may not want to know. Good family members and close friends can do this quite skillfully. It's a gift to have someone like that in your life.

Now that I am in my 50's I try to increase protein as a percentage of my calories.
I'm eating more like that now. I started the gym 2 weeks ago, and it had made a huge difference for my energy on the day. First week I felt I was going to die but now I'm not sleepy until it is actually time to go to bed.
I was less physically tired before, just mentally, and It made me be sleepy all day and then have insomnia at night 😅

It really was a very interesting journey. Especially the accumulated experience. I enjoyed it very much and I hope to continue enjoying the progress.
It's a great milestone after that point it takes a while. It seems like LEO will soon have it's own rep system with more meaning behind it.
