One simple example was a result we picked from Google’s blog. The GIF showed an answer for “Cheeni ki jagah chai mai kya daal sakte hai?” which translates to “What is a substitute for sugar in tea?” During testing, we changed up the order of the words to “Chai mai cheeni ke jagah kya daal sakte hai?” and Google simply didn’t show an answer.
Another problem we spotted was translating English words literally. When we asked in Hindi about “What kind of food can we eat during summer?” one of the answers was “Chiknai wali cheezien” which translates to “Sticky things” — and that’s confusing. When I switched over to English, Google showed me “Oily” an an option, which is a very different thing from “sticky” when it comes to food. Either way, it’s kind of a weird suggestion.
In another instance, when we asked about YouTube’s ownership, AI overviews said “Until 16 February 2023, Neal Mohan was Google’s CEO” in Hindi, which is incorrect. The English text had the correct version saying “As of 16 February 2023, Neal Mohan is Google CEO”.
nOps, a startup building tools to optimize AWS customers' cloud spend, has raised $30 million in a new funding round.
Companies don’t necessarily have to produce breakthrough technology to gain market traction. Undercutting rivals on price can be enough to make a dent in a competitive sector. So can leaning on connections to land customers in need of a timely solution to a problem.
nOps is an example of this. Like countless other vendors, nOps sells software designed to “optimize” the budgets that businesses allocate to cloud products and services. But the firm has managed to expand faster — and bigger — than many of its rivals, perhaps in part because it serves AWS customers exclusively.
nOps claims that its customer base grew 450% over the past 18 months and that it’s helping clients manage more than $1.5 billion in AWS cloud spend. That’s evidently impressed investors; this month, nOps closed a $30 million Series A funding round led by PE firm Headlight Partners, which brought nOps’ total raised to $40.5 million.
JT Giri, the founder and CEO of nOps, got his start in the cloud industry as a network engineer and DevOps consultant. In 2012, he decided to take those skills and co-found a consulting company, nClouds, focused on AWS solutions. nOps launched as a spin-out from nClouds in 2017, and after Charles Thayne Capital acquired nClouds in 2022, Giri turned his attention to nOps full time.

These models are the same way.
That said, they are limited, at the moment, to context. The understanding of the world is limited since they reside in a box.

I have an ancient G3 Macbook that I install linux on. The single core processor can't handle modern encryption on most websites, so I keep it in a Faraday cage with a hard drive full of useful information as my 'end times' backup.

NO, it is a tool to track your website with many other features. Mostly used by people who work with traffic exchanges. You can also create a list with people who receive your hive blogposts. (or any other info)
A traffic exchange is a site that rotates sites from users. You watch a site and get credit so people watch your site. So you get traffic to your websites, shops, blogs or whatever. I use them also to promote InLeo for example. CTP has an Exchange too called CTPX.
It is a lot of clicking and I don't do it daily. But the clicks sum up and I got some refs here and there who help get more traffic. It's like always that consistency over time gets results. !BBH

Parenting teaches us to sacrifice, to love unconditionally, to be selfless, to be strong and resilient, to be compassionate and everything else. All these we did not ever see when we were still dependent on our parents.
3/ 🧵 When I was young, I thought sacrifice only meant doing something difficult even if you are not ready to do it. I learned about the real meaning of this when I was already a mom at a very young age. Being young, I bought things and went to places whenever I wanted to and always wanted to be appreciated as someone with a higher value. I thought everything was going for me; I was going to have a promising future; I had a whole life ahead of me blah blah blah, but everything came to a 360 turn when I became a mom!
4/ 🧵Parents give up almost everything for their children, but why do I have this feeling that we are still not enough? Is it because our children complain? They want something more, but we cannot provide for whatever reason.

One simple example was a result we picked from Google’s blog. The GIF showed an answer for “Cheeni ki jagah chai mai kya daal sakte hai?” which translates to “What is a substitute for sugar in tea?” During testing, we changed up the order of the words to “Chai mai cheeni ke jagah kya daal sakte hai?” and Google simply didn’t show an answer.
Another problem we spotted was translating English words literally. When we asked in Hindi about “What kind of food can we eat during summer?” one of the answers was “Chiknai wali cheezien” which translates to “Sticky things” — and that’s confusing. When I switched over to English, Google showed me “Oily” an an option, which is a very different thing from “sticky” when it comes to food. Either way, it’s kind of a weird suggestion.
In another instance, when we asked about YouTube’s ownership, AI overviews said “Until 16 February 2023, Neal Mohan was Google’s CEO” in Hindi, which is incorrect. The English text had the correct version saying “As of 16 February 2023, Neal Mohan is Google CEO”.

Companies don’t necessarily have to produce breakthrough technology to gain market traction. Undercutting rivals on price can be enough to make a dent in a competitive sector. So can leaning on connections to land customers in need of a timely solution to a problem.
nOps is an example of this. Like countless other vendors, nOps sells software designed to “optimize” the budgets that businesses allocate to cloud products and services. But the firm has managed to expand faster — and bigger — than many of its rivals, perhaps in part because it serves AWS customers exclusively.

On Wednesday, SpaceX is expected to launch four civilian astronauts on a five-day mission to extreme orbital altitude in order to conduct a series of experiments.

The Centre for the Fight against Cybercrime (C3N) and the Anti-Fraud National Office (ONAF) have been involved in the investigation. In all, 12 charges have been filed against “a person unnamed” — a classic French judicial term to imply whoever is in charge of Telegram right now.

The neural network is set up to mimic the synapses in our brains. As data is fed in, it is reinforced through repetition, similar to humans. You hear something once you might not remember, by the 50th time, you get it.
These models are the same way.
That said, they are limited, at the moment, to context. The understanding of the world is limited since they reside in a box.

I'm considering getting one, kinda have a soft spot for the new M chips.
I heard a lot of good things about the new Macbooks from recent years.
I have an ancient G3 Macbook that I install linux on. The single core processor can't handle modern encryption on most websites, so I keep it in a Faraday cage with a hard drive full of useful information as my 'end times' backup.
That's not a bad idea actually!!
I don't have any of my single core PCs left alive now...

NO, it is a tool to track your website with many other features. Mostly used by people who work with traffic exchanges. You can also create a list with people who receive your hive blogposts. (or any other info)

A traffic exchange is a site that rotates sites from users. You watch a site and get credit so people watch your site. So you get traffic to your websites, shops, blogs or whatever. I use them also to promote InLeo for example. CTP has an Exchange too called CTPX.

It is a lot of clicking and I don't do it daily. But the clicks sum up and I got some refs here and there who help get more traffic. It's like always that consistency over time gets results. !BBH

I guess you might experience less bugs on widespread used browsers. Just a tip - I am not a developer, nor part of the InLeo team. I only assume they don't omptimalize Inleo for niche browsers.
It's the only browser I know of that helps me use my hive keychain on mobile.

Parenting teaches us to sacrifice, to love unconditionally, to be selfless, to be strong and resilient, to be compassionate and everything else. All these we did not ever see when we were still dependent on our parents.
3/ 🧵 When I was young, I thought sacrifice only meant doing something difficult even if you are not ready to do it. I learned about the real meaning of this when I was already a mom at a very young age. Being young, I bought things and went to places whenever I wanted to and always wanted to be appreciated as someone with a higher value. I thought everything was going for me; I was going to have a promising future; I had a whole life ahead of me blah blah blah, but everything came to a 360 turn when I became a mom!
4/ 🧵Parents give up almost everything for their children, but why do I have this feeling that we are still not enough? Is it because our children complain? They want something more, but we cannot provide for whatever reason.
Or because we feel we need to do more for them or deserve more for ourselves? We know we have done so much for them, but we want more for them even without them asking. Or, we know we need to do something for ourselves too because there is more to being a mom.
