Leofinance is only one platform on the Hive blockchain. They publish to the Hive blockchain as do ecency, hive.blog, splintertalk, peakd, etc. If you publish something on the Hive blockchain, anyone can comment or vote on it.
muting does not stop someone from being able to vote or comment on your content. It only stops you from seeing their comments.
Is there any way, I can stop these people from interacting with my articles?

No, that's the whole point of decentralization. No person or organization can block anyone else from posting.
The front-end can stop them from reacting to layer-1. And it is possible here.
