Started testing how injured my hamstring was...

Can walk, can go up and down the stairs, can swim, everything with just minor discomfort.

Probably high grade 1 or low grade 2,which is partial tear.

Will probably heal in 2 weeks tops.

My plan right now is to rest the next two days, next week only workout upper body with 15min walking if I can at the start, maybe with a long walking session Wednesday, to get the blood flowing.

The following week to not workout legs but to do cycling instead.

And then go back to working out legs the next week.

Need to focus on light leg curls when I restart.

Don't need a physical therapist to get me going again 😅 I always do my own recovery therapy.

Also need to massage the area, and do light stretching, but I do that without even thinking tbh.

If anyone is wondering how to heal from an injury, this is the way, active recovery, resting too much just makes things worse in my experience.

hoping you have a fast recovery 🙏

Speedy recovery...not sure if dynamic stretching is a part of your routine but it would probable help some also

Going to wait a few days before starting to stretch for more than a few seconds, but yeah, got to do that so the new tissue is not just scar and tight.

Probably Monday I stretch a little for around 15min after working out.

Indeed…sending healing ur way bud
