LOL yes they do look good. Better than in real life.

Happy start of the month to everyone 🙌 . I'm new around here, but my worst experience with food I remember very well. It was when I found several worms in a fruit. VERY VERY VERY VERY disgusting 😫

Welcome @helicreamarket. Good to have you here. The #foodtalk threadcast is a daily show where we engage in the topic of discussion for the day, share cooking tips and tricks and meal inspirations.

Oh no! That's really disgusting. I can imagine the scene. I have seen worms in my food too, it wasn't a good experience.

Thanks for sharing with us.

How many comments can we get in the foodie threadcast for the month of July?

https://inleo.io/threads/view/winanda/re-winanda-2bmzemcfj

I think we can do 3000 comments if we hit a target of at least 100 comments per day.

That is true. Is that the goal for the first full month? Is that what you want to achieve.

I have no limit. The idea is to set achievable goals and aim higher in the process. I have in mind that no threadcast should have less than 100 comments because I had one with less than 100 comments probably because I haven't replied to a few comments.

I know it can be doubled or even more.

That is true. Going through the notis can add to the counts when something its a day or two old. This is where we see the numbers adjust. I am going to start tracking the weekly threads/comments in general.

Another great day of #foodie.

Great to see the threadcast consistency.

I'm glad. I can't believe it's Day 7 already. Thanks for the encouragement dear Taskmaster.

You are doing well. Lets get it to the top of the page. It will be fun to see.

It's a new month and new week to share our food experiences. Wishing you a blessed July. #foodtalk

I appreciate you all who have been engaging in the #foodtalk threadcast. It only gets better.

An #aiimage of a dinner. Not a great one but I tried.

Some times when we eat, we enjoy the taste of the food and other sides it feels like our taste buds rejects the taste. Do you agree with me?

Now share your experience when your taste buds rejected the taste of a food. I guess you have an experience. 😃

This according to Groq:

Cooking salmon can be a bit tricky, but don't worry, I've got you covered! Here are some tips and methods to help you cook salmon to perfection:

Pan-Seared Salmon

  1. Preheat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
  3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and swirl it around.
  4. Place the salmon fillet in the pan, skin side up (if it has skin).
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Flip the salmon over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Oven-Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
  5. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Grilled Salmon

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the grill, skin side down (if it has skin).
  4. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  5. Flip the salmon over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tips and Variations

  • Make sure the salmon is at room temperature before cooking to ensure even cooking.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan or grill, as this can cause the salmon to cook unevenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the salmon reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Try different seasonings and marinades, such as lemon juice, garlic, and dill, to add flavor to your salmon.
  • For a crispy crust, cook the salmon in a skillet with a small amount of oil and then finish it under the broiler for a few minutes.
  • For a healthier option, bake the salmon in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Overcooking the salmon, which can make it dry and tough.
  • Not cooking the salmon to a safe internal temperature, which can lead to foodborne illness.
  • Not patting the salmon dry with a paper towel before cooking, which can prevent the seasonings from sticking.

By following these tips and methods, you'll be well on your way to cooking delicious and moist salmon that's sure to please even the pickiest of eaters!

#ai seems to know food. LOL

I guess so. Lol.

This is for @caleb-marvel. This would make a nice dinner for him.

Nooooo, this is a poisonous frog, that's the way to hell 🤣🤣🤣

Well that is not something that affects an alien. How can poison hurt you?

oh yeah 👍👍, am back 😀😀😀

This frog can take him the whole year. Lol.

He is slow but he eventually gets there.

Gotta love the persistence on that one.

I went to Mary Browns. And sorry no pics.

You are bad on that.

We all want to know what Mary looks like.

Hello my friends!

I remember one bad experience I had at a restaurant when I was in the University before I started cooking my food. I ordered food and after eating, I wasn't myself. I felt severe pains in my tummy and wanted to throw up all I had eaten but I couldn't. Before then I was scared of eating food from restaurants because all I had in my head was the processes it went through, was food hygiene observed? Then I decided to cook my food until I graduated from the University.

Now, if I must eat food from restaurants, I consider a lot because my health is important.
