Not a thing wrong with sharing. I know you have a hectic schedule. I'm also used to the same, minus the last almost two years now when things went pear shaped.
Meditation will help with what you've described. I've used it at work on my lunch breaks, 20 min - 30 min, when I've jobs that were high demand. Maybe think of it this way....in order to be able to give to others in whatever way, you have to ensure you take care of yourself first, otherwise there's no you to be there for others, if you're down for the count. Kind of like when you're on the airplane and they say put your own oxygen mask on first before assisting someone else.
