Hello! This model is another one that I already had ready out of two that I have but I preferred to publish this one first because I liked the result of this model better so I prefer to publish it before the other one, the other model is from Crypt Mancer, I have a previous publication also from him when he was doing it.
With this model of Gremlin Blaster I learned better the part of the weights when applying the skeletons since I had problems when using many elements in a single model because when making movements the objects were deformed.
I also understood how to work better with Retopology because I saw the best way to work with normal materials with it (textols addon) and at the same time it helped me reduce the polygons from 12 million to 188 thousand polygons and thus I could work better with the model. with the skeleton.
- Work Tools:
Blender 3D
Armorpaint
Tablet Wacom Intuos 5
- High speed video of the 3D model 45 minutes: Here
- Model of card:
- Carved Model Block:
Here I start first with a base block that I then mold to give it the shape I need.
- Finished model without textures:
This time for the base part, as in the previous Selenia Sky model, I worked a different base, one that would be better as a stage for the worked model.
- Adding textures in ArmorPaint:
In this part it took me a little longer than I thought it was, I had some problems because I hadn't used the Armorpaint program for a while, the previous model of Crypt Mancer took a lot of time because of the problems it gave me and when Being more than a month in only Blender and not using other programs, I lost practice with textures in ArmorPaint.
- Textures and render tests:
After applying the textures, I changed the size of the model a bit since I saw that something was lost on the stage that I made with the base.
- Renders ready:
And the end result! I really liked the model a lot 😍 it helped me a lot to keep practicing and improving since each model shows me sometimes problems but then I learn to solve them.
Thank you very much and I hope you liked my post Greetings 😄
Just wow! How long did it take you to create it?

It took me about 4 days because I forgot how to use ArmorPaint for textures, so it took me 2 more days to go over the program's tools.😅

A true work of art . Love this piece too much ✨ good work ✨.
Your work seems super good to me, the finish and the textures are great.
The last render was my favorite.
Gracias XD
