Although you mentioned that your insight about Hive healthcheck is subjective, I do think that it's better than none at all.
Looking at Group A, I feel like I need to improve on some aspects, especially the HBD savings and Witness votes.
All my HBD I'm selling for Hive in the market; not converting to avoid unnecessary Hive inflation. I'm looking into building my HBD savings when the price of Hive is above $1.
While my Witness votes are quite good, I have voted for only a few. The ones who are building and genuinely supporting the ecosystem from my point of view. I guess I need to examine further and assess the ones that I should be voting for too. I will check this out soon.
For other things, I will have to review further in hopes that I will score higher. 😅

It depends on the reason why one doesn't have any savings, obviously if they've sold for Hive and staked, that's great, and will be reflected in the earnings Vs stake figure.
As to witnesses, there are so many around it can be quite difficult to choose. Some don't include a bio to "sell" themselves and that makes it difficult to get support if people don't know what and how you contribute to the chain
