I just finished a 7.163km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:14ss !
It has been over a week since my last run. At the start of last week I did something to my lower back that was pretty painful, so even walking was not easy. It may have been a combination of a busy weekend of running and music plus dragging a suitcase around on a work trip. I had hoped for some running in a different location, but that was impossible.
I am feeling much better now, so I decided to see how it would go with some running. The weather was not bad. Dry and not too hot as I went out just after 7am. I did one of my usual routes out to Stotfold along the cycle path. Considering I was not pushing too hard the pace was not bad.
It was fairly quiet out there, but I did see a couple of other runners.
At least I feel like I can get back to running again. I will get to parkrun when I can.
I was listening to the 60 Cycle Hum guitar podcast. They were talking about Joe Bonamassa getting into NFTs. Seems everyone is doing it these days.

Oh the world of NFT’s
I’m so torn overall. A part of me realizes this is just the times changing and digital art amid art. However I also see this becoming a finer bubble that will blow and is mostly inflated due to the current money printing and inflation bubbles situation. Final thought NFT’s are here to stay but the mania period will not end well. From there I see it sticking around but we’ll see craziness first.
It is partly a craze, but then people will pay silly money for all sorts of useless things just to say they have them. If others think the same way you have a market. I will buy some to reward the artists. There's the issue of what you do with all this digital art. I'm not buying a dedicated screen to display it in my house. Things move so fast that something else will come along soon to attract the attention.
Nice job on your run! I picked up a bit of a head cold on my vacation so I have been not doing too much exercising this week. I wanted to but my wife put the nix on that pretty quickly. Hopefully I will be able to pick things back up before the end of the week. I did do a lot of hiking last week. More to come on that!
I've done a fair bit of walking and a few press-ups to try and stay in shape. I don't seem to have lost any speed anyway.

That is good to hear. I did my fair share of packing and unpacking. My step count was always high over the past week, but I didn't do an actual "workout".

Much better now and just been for another run. My case has wheels, but they don't work well. I really need a new one.

I like running too, but I'm too lazy to do it. I can't find the right motivation to run on a regular basis. I need to look for local running clubs and communities...
parkrun can be a good inspiration if there's one near you. You get all levels there and there's no shame in walking.
