Expensive is quite relative. For my class, I'll say it is quite expensive. I stay in a semi urban area and a plot of land goes for as high as $20,000. You can get for as low is $1,000 if you don't mind buying up a plantation of crop trees and go through the expensive process of having to uproot the trees and prepare the land for building erection.

Okay, I see. Unless the location is a deteriorating metropolis, most highly developed cities harbor expensive prices of real estate and land values that continue to escalate. So it would not be a surprise, that sooner or later, Nigeria will also experience this upward trend. At the end of the day, rural communities will always offer cheaper alternatives for such developments. Thank you for the update! 😊
