RE: Fame is a mood killer

I can imagine how this just have felt for you. I know how much celebrities talk about wanting to be treated like everyone else, but would they really be happy if we did that? I guess somehow, even though a celebrity may not love said over attention, they still may like the power they can wield over a group of people. It's a human instinct and not necessarily a bad thing.

But then moving on to you, and I love how honest you were. You're not pretending and saying you just want to talk to him just to hear about him, you're saying the truth of why you want to associate with this man. And that to promote your work. That honesty and intentionality is the first step to success, in my opinion.

I was hoping for a movie like ending. That you guys met and bonded and now he's all out for you. But that's what makes it a movie right? Rooting for a better meeting for your both, @selfhelp4trolls. All the best to you.🌺

I think it depends on the celebrity. I’m not into the most famous artists. This guy is “famous” but he’s nothing compared to the biggest names in music. I think he likes the power of being able to collaborate with who he wants (the same kind of power I want) but he doesn’t want to be obsessed over.

There are different levels of attention too. I don’t feel guilty about my behavior or thoughts cause I tried to keep them in check and respect his space.

I always try to be honest with myself, otherwise I’d be miserable and living someone else’s life.

I don’t think this story is over yet. Not sure if we will ever collaborate but I’m sure he will know who I am. Whether or not he ends up liking me is another story 🤣
