Hello!
Leo's recent school assignment over weekend was to buy cream and whip it into butter.
I took a couple of photos while he was making it.
Here's how it looked before washing.
And the finished piece of butter. I think he added a bit too much salt though. ๐ Otherwise it was delicious. I wonder what they are going to make of it in school. Especially as I heard it was a chemistry assignment, and not cooking and domestic sciences.
Miro had some fun with the puppies...
I hope you liked the photos. Cropped them a bit, because the wide angle lens I was using was a bit too wide.
I'll go shoot some more for today's Daily and Fresh later, as soon as we go through with some business and webshop related things with Vera.
My sinuses still haven't healed. I'll also have to check whether I can get the medicines today. Other than that I'm feeling pretty good.
See ya!

Didnโt know you could make butter this way! Very interesting! But I would use machine to beat the cream; it will be finished much faster!?
Leo used a hand mixer to turn the cream into whipped cream, and until it starts to get a bit thicker. By then the whey should start separating from the butter. The whey should then be washed off from the butter with fresh cold water.
It looked quite easy.
Really amazing Daily and Fresh photographs.
The photo included pets. The photos are beautiful.
The puppies are getting bigger very fast!
Yes I've been quite amazed at their development! They are already learning to walk, and they started having play fights as soon as they opened their eyes.
Who is the boy in these photos? He is cute?
He's my younger son, Miro, @Toukkamato on Hive.
Thank you @brumest! ๐
