Hola a todos, en este sábado lluvioso por acá en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, #Argentina; sin embargo, sigue siendo una ciudad muy activa, siempre hay mucha gente en la calle, yo estimo porque aún estamos de vacaciones escolares y mucha familia aprovecha esos días para salir a pasear con los chicos, los más grandes ya andan en boliches disfrutando de la buena música, otros andan en el cine, en el teatro o en los restaurantes disfrutando de la buena gastronomía que nos ofrece esta hermosa ciudad, algunos en parejas otros tratando de encontrar su media naranja, este mes del amor y la amistad, en donde muchos comienzan a hacer sus jugadas para declarar ese amor ante su amada doncella, en fin grandes y chicos comienzan prepara la fórmula del amor, con la que van a atrapar a intentar cautivar a su enamorada.

En mi época, como no teníamos internet, ni esos avances tecnológicos que hoy en día existen para comunicarnos, considero que era más lindo todo, porque te encerrabas en tu cuarto, agarrabas papel y lápiz y comenzabas a escribir esa famosa carta de amor, para hacérsela llegar a tu conquista, ya sea a través de un amigo confidente o de manera personal y mire que uno se ponía de todos colores, sentías mariposas en el estómago, con el simple hecho de tener a esa persona tan cerca de ti.

Así es el amor, queridos amigos, es una magia, es una fantasía, es esa unión de dos almas, que se entregan y se apoyan de manera intencional, en donde ambos esperan la misma reciprocidad, pues existe esa atracción física, comparte interés en común y en la intimidad tanto física como emocional, es muy importante la comunicación, porque ella está la base de todo, hay que aprender a comunicarnos con nuestra pareja, es por ellos que digo que la parte psicología juega un papel fundamental, debe de estar presente la confianza, el respeto, chicos no hay nada más lindo que estar enamorado, sentir esa adrenalina, en donde liberas ese nivel de estrés y excitación, sentir sus labios cuando le das ese primer beso, sientes placer, tu estado de ánimo cambia, tu corazón se acelera, tus ojos se ponen más chiquitito, tus mejillas se sonrojan, todo eso forma parte de la presencia de la ciencia en el amor, pues es tu cerebro que está liberando, endorfinas, dopamina, neurotransmisores, que te hacen sentir feliz y con mucho placer, sin duda es un momento mágico, ese primer beso, la primera vez que la tomas de la mano, la primera vez que la vas a visitar a su casa, esa primera salida, es por eso que la fórmula del amor es única, existen muchas teorías, de como llegar a prepararla, pero el fin es el mismo, como lo es ayudarnos a comprender y a entender esa palabra llamada amor.

Gracias a Dios y a la virgen por permitirme vivir todas esas etapas de la vida, junto a mi amada esposa, ya son más de 30 años juntos y los que faltan, la verdad es muy lindo estar enamorado y sobre todo mantener esa llama del amor viva después de tantos años juntos, es lo más hermoso que me ha dado la vida y producto de ese amor nacieron dos hijos hermosos, es por ello que los invito a que no se nieguen la oportunidad de amar y de ser amados, son experiencias únicas en la vida. El día de ayer, no más, leía un artículo de mi amigo @palabras1, a quien mandó muchos saludos y a quien apreció mucho, en donde él apartó un poco de su preciado tiempo para salir con su esposa, a ver una película al cine y luego a degustar un rico postre y la verdad me encantó muchísimo, yo le deje un comentario en su post en donde le hacía mención que esos momentos los que nos marcaron en la vida y muchas veces hoy en día cuesta revivirlos, ya sea por tema trabajo o por cualquier otra ocupación, que hacen que nuestras vidas hoy en día sean monótonas, pero la verdad hay que hacerlo, la vida es una sola y hay que vivirla al máximo y si estás en pareja, sean felices, disfruten de esos pequeños momentos, que la vida nos regala.
