I think it's very good to train every hour of the day, but as far as I've heard, they say that it's best to train like 5 or 6 in the evening.

Every human has it’s own rhythm, that’s what I noticed.

I use to train From 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Is a wonderful hour for me!

I discovered it makes me way smart and clarified my mind... and of course, my muscles also jajaja.

Someday i'll try at 4:30.

That is formidable, getting your body up to speed early makes the day easier.
