Wczoraj musiałem dobrze gospodarować czasem, żeby znaleźć chwilę na trening. O 15 musiałem być przed służbowym laptopem, bo wtedy zaplanowane było szkolenie online z nowego systemu rozliczania czasu pracy. Wyszedłem z domu około 14, więc miałem zaledwie 40-45 minut na bieganie, bo musiałem zostawić kilka minut na szybki prysznic. Od początku biegu, biegłem zdecydowanie szybciej niż zwykle, chyba przez to, że nie chciałem się spóźnić. Zdecydowałem się na pętlę około 6 kilometrów wokół osiedla, tempo 5:47 min/km bardzo mnie ucieszyło, to najszybszy trening w tym roku.

[ENG] Yesterday I had to manage my time well to find a moment for training. I had to be in front of the duty laptop at 3pm as there was an online training session on the new timekeeping system. I left home around 2pm, so I only had 40-45 minutes to run, as I had to take a quick shower after run. I definitely ran faster than usual from the start of the run, probably because I didn't want to be late. I decided to do a loop of about 6km around the estate, a pace of 5:47 min/km made me very happy, the fastest training I've done this year.

Na koniec, kiedy robiłem zdjęcie nadgarstka i selfie, zaczepiła mnie kobieta przekonana, że robiłem zdjęcie jej lub jej domu. Tłumaczyłem, że robiłem selfie, uwierzyła dopiero wtedy, kiedy jej pokazałem zdjęcia w telefonie.

[ENG] At the end, as I was taking a picture of my wrist and a selfie, I was approached by a woman who was convinced I was taking a picture of her or her house. I explained that it was just a selfie, she didn't believed me, I had to show her the pictures on my phone.

Po powrocie do domu okazało się, że niepotrzebnie tak się śpieszyłem. Szkolenie zaczęło się z co najmniej 15-minutowym opóźnieniem, bo kobieta, która je prowadziła, miała kłopoty techniczne.

[ENG] When I got home, I realised that I had been in such a hurry unnecessarily. The training had started at least 15 minutes late because the woman who was leading was having technical difficulties.
