Let's hope. There is another thing: we often share links in the same subs so people get curious - why ecency, why peakd? For example, https://www.reddit.com/r/GodsUnchained/ (a play2earn TCG in IMX/ETH ecosystem) has a lot of links to Hive weekly so it is widely known there that PeakD is the platform where people post long reads about Gods Unchained. Wow, wow, wow! Well done, everyone! I truly appreciate how hard you’ve worked to achieve those numbers. A big thanks to Redditposh and @x-rain for their hard work as well. Seeing the system growing is fantastic — we definitely need more participants.
Although I haven’t been great at sharing other authors' content, I did try it last week. Unfortunately, 99% of my shares were cancelled, and I hope I didn’t upset any authors. Their content was good, but I must not have participated enough in a new sub. Perhaps I’ll give it another go, being more thoughtful about how I approach it.
I've also started engaging more with the subs whenever I have time, and I noticed fewer cancellations during those interactions.
A few reasons I enjoy sharing my posts on Reddit are:
I learned so much about topics related to my interests. It’s fascinating that people can read the content through Hive platforms and then return to Reddit to provide feedback. Eventually, they might even register on Hive.
I gain valuable insights from people's feedback. Yes, some comments can be a bit off-putting, but they teach me how to navigate conversations with different types of people online.
If ever I create any new sharable posts, I’ll share them to help increase Hive views. I've already shared 90% of my posts from the past year.
I recommend that authors share at least one post weekly to keep the ecosystem thriving. This isn’t just about winning but about supporting both the community and ourselves.
Yes, it's nice to get some rewards for sharing, but as you say, sometimes there are good comment and interaction on reddit.
This is something i miss here. Often there is no or less reaction to a posting.
The sound can be rough on reddit in some subs and if one does not like your comment there are also downvotes. But you also get lots of upvotes if they like, what you respond.
So lets share the links and let people see, what a interesting platform Hive is.

Hey, @grindle, glad you've joined! Not all subreddits allow travel posts so be careful. Low karma accounts can easily get suspended. Share your images without links to raise karma. Reddit is okay about kinks but new/low karma accounts posting only links are vulnerable.

So, I've seen this before but don't know how and what the benefits are for linking hive posts in reddit or hiveposh, you should make an explainer for that (and tag me in it please 😀)
Hey! Hive links on Reddit attract visitors to Hive. As for your benefit, you get rewarded with $HIVE. If your link share gets many upvotes on Reddit, you can automatically raise up to 50 $HIVE and more - you actually get an OCD upvote this way.
