@khaleelkazi are you taking the piss out of me, after posting the screenshot of about 10 pings in ticket that you simply ignored?
Maybe you are a bit confused, so look at that screenshots again. Ticket opened in July, @khaleelkazi promised to take care of it in October, @khaleelkazi not reacting to anything in the ticket but is unhappy if I try to get in touch with hi elsewhere.
You could easily end that situation by either refunding my HBD, or at least giving me an update other than sooon.
you’ll need to be patient and wait your turn. I’ve said all that I need to say and all you want is constant pinging and hand holding. Wait till your turn. Everyone is equally important.

It is sad that it takes an angry public post on Hive to get your attention, but that is your shortcoming.
Quite contrary to what you write there you haven't said that before. You promised me it will be added "in the next round" more than a month ago (see screenshot below); so this next round, will it be this year, this decade, this century?

btw. @khaleelkazi, nothing you said in that screenshot from 6th of November was true.
-pinging in the ticket did not do anything
-no response had been given 'recently'
-if those rounds are not enourmous and very rare, I haven't been added to one.
I tend not to bear any grudge, but I like it if financial stuff is kept straight, and I am not lied to.

Now that you managed to reply to me 'in ticket', we can keep it there, and that's also where I asked the question I'd like a response to.
Just keep in mind that every 1 minute spent replying is 1 minute less working on the tickets. So while I am happy to give you a reply, it takes away from the speed of replying to other tickets and making our way to yours.
You would also have saved me some time by giving some information. Would you put the importance of your time over any other's?
But your answer in discord ('Some tickets take longer than others so there’s no linear answer') tells me that there is no answer to have, which strikes me as very bad business practice... But at least this gives me some clarity, like not really counting on my HBD you hold. So no need to ping you anymore (which you could have had from the start).
