I've been doing intermittent fasting for weeks now. I haven't noticed much of a change, perhaps I'm more alert especially in the afternoons. I do find it much more convenient. No need to pack lunches and I'm out of the house for work earlier without breakfast. I'll keep it up I think as I think there's more benefit to be unlocked.

Its true that some people lose weight faster. if you were never in shape it is hard to lose weight. i tried out for gymnastics and it has been good for me. it helps keep muscle. try ginger tea for extra weight loss. it helps curb appetite.

I've been in excellent shape prior but slipped in the last year or so. My training has dropped off too so it's not all diet related 😉

muscle weighs more than fat. sometimes you need a break to rest. if you cant get to the gym a rest instead of watching tv is burning more calories. i know a fitness model who takes a break to hibernate in the winter.

Ah yes, the off season 😉
