Forgive yourself for crying, for feeling down, sad, drained. Let yourself heal. Take baby steps. Recovering needs time. Life is an unending battle. Do you and accept yourself for who you are.
I learned this after struggling long time with depression and anxiety trying to satisfy everyone but myself. Until today I still fall apart but I try each time to get back again.
To all of you struggling, it will get better if you make it better. Do not lose track of your path.
