all good suggestions....his first post was calling me an idiot then flagging me all over the place...now he is staling me...and yes,,,,I have said to him if he removes all his flags, then i will move on and he needs to move on...he will not do that....when i see people like this, they always come back to bully even more and they try to get others to bully you....so he can take the flags off all my page and articles and be nice with people or face the community ....I have read from others about he has done this before.

Here was your biggest mistake I've found so far...
We generally don't want people ganging up on anyone. It sets a bad precedence and it leads to big ugly battles.
True...but this was way way after he has flagged and removed many of my articles and attacked my entire page....that is nuts...if the community cannot stand up against Bullies in Steemit, then Steemit is controlled by "Cyber Bullies" against Free Speech....just one more point for my Google Article.....Bullies can buy Steem Power and control the content of Steemit....NOT GOOD...
It is a painful lesson. It can be recovered. Your reputation can be built up and you can be redeemed. There is an advocate that sometimes can help with this @neoxian, but you need to be willing to change your approach some. He usually helps people that were hammered for plagiarism redeem themselves and he is quite a bit more powerful than I am.
You'd need to see that those three posts I gave you a screenshot on were a bad idea on your part. Yes, your posts were flagged purely for opinion which I frown on and so does @neoxian, but your reaction was actually calling for an activity that those of us that have been here for awhile have seen cause problems. Flag wars. We flag @bacchist, his friends see it and start flagging us, and pretty soon it is a bunch of flagging back and forth and the relatively peaceful community of steemit is not so peaceful. We have problems, but they are far rarer than ANY other social media platform. Thus, why your IT IS GOING to fail statements don't really make sense to most of us. Yes, it happens but not as bad as it does on other platforms by a long shot.
How we react to people is the key to how they respond to you. So consider that and if you're willing to try new things @neoxian might be able to help.
Ok you summoned me ;)
I could try to help but I need to get familiar with this situation. When I act as someone's "Steemit lawyer" they have to be willing to listen to my advice.
Yep... which is what I've been telling him. If he did something wrong, which I can see he made some mistakes then they have to be willing to change.
Looks like he was flagged subjectively by @bacchist based upon opinion and then his response was not the best it could be. If he's willing to learn based upon his writing and some things I do think he could learn his way to avoid this. I'll leave it in your very capable hands. Thanks, and I friggin' love this service you are offering by the way. Kudos!
Don't ask him to remove the flags. Live with them. Now see if you can get him to move on and not flag any more. Tell him you are fine with him muting you if that would satisfy him. Yet it needs to be civil.
If you know any martial arts... think Aikido instead of Karate. Instead of striking and attacking, go with the flow and use their own momentum.
Yes, I know that is some bullshit, but it sounded good at the time. ;) In my head at least.
good advice...but I am old enough to know that if a Bully can get away with punishing you so you coward to him, then he will be back again and again....If he does not remove all flags and move on....maybe i will mention him in my Google article as an example....this community is a community or its not...so far there is nothing protecting users from Bullies and people coward from them...this has given them power and weakened the community....another good point for my article of my experience in Steemit which I had hoped would be very positive....yet, it has not really been, but today sent a large red flag
