So true! I've never liked trends and sometimes I was kind of a trendsetter in school. When I saw that other people are just copying me in most cases I even didn't like it any more :) To be honest, I find your picture more attractive than that of miss blondie ;) You look much younger by the way, maybe because you are walking your path and not that of the mass... I'll resteem this great post!

Your kindness @steemchiller brought tears to my eyes, I take after my Grandma Dorothy on my Mother's side of the family. She taught me how to eat and live a healthy life, she died at 92 years old. I remember her teachings when I came down with fibromyalgia.
The heat in the South here in Oklahoma makes me so tired, it exacerbates my autoimmune issues. This last month I literally felt like I was a hundred years old physically. I've been studying this issue for 20 years and started eating red meat again, it's the heme I need, I'm not retaining plant iron. I kicked up my walking, I walk 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the evening. I'm also drinking more water. My fatigue lifted this morning! I get so tired sometimes I can't think, which makes writing and painting a chore here on Steemit. One of the reasons I don't stop by Steemit chat very often😟
The allopathy almost killed me with their drug therapies. That was my first red pill....
I hope it were good tears :) I've changed my diet drastically in the last years, because I've seen that we all should take care of us by learning the truth for ourselves in this world.
If you don't have a water filter you should try that! We don't drink the water directly anymore. It goes through a filter and is than stored in a glass bottle with some crystals at the bottom, which help bringing the water from its chaos state to a more natural state.
We also don't use table salt or any salt other than himalayan salt, because it contains most minerals the human body needs. I take extra magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and some copper! daily. Copper, because my blood is of type rhesus negative (A-) and RH- people don't need that much iron, but copper. The optimal PH level for rhesus negative seems to be the opposite of that for RH+ blood types. Your eyes tell me that you could be RH negative too. Maybe you should first check that to find the food that is best for you.
Since I'm eating no more meat, I gained lots of energy and that makes sense for me, because A- should eat more plant based food. That all might sound crazy, but I tested it for myself and it worked for me. I wish you all the best!
I hope my words are understandable for you, because I'm not a native English speaker ;)
I've tried the rh-diet, I really need read meat iron, I come from tribes that lived off bison and cattle for thousands of years and women really need animal heme. I went vegan with proper supplants 15 years ago and did. I did poorly. I take iodine and selenium as well. We filter our water but don't have a filter for fluoride, which I'm buying next month off my steem profits. I'm a universal donor O something, I can't remember the type. Hopefully rh- will read this and find our conversation helpful! I cut out table salt and sugar a couple years ago, menopause is tricky..diet and exercise are key to everyone's health.
That's interesting! The step to go completely vegan I didn't want to try. I've just reduced the dairy products and cheese (that was hard) a bit. When you're of group O, you definitely need the red meat! Yes exercise is one of the most important things for all of us, that's true.
