What Is A Visual Intellectual?

I Love Silly Tests

Playbuzz Test For The Spatially Gifted

I'm trying to pose like one of favorite childhood movie stars, Doris Day. I liked her healthy common sense look, as opposed to the sex bombshell looks of my early childhood, like Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren.

I'll never be a petite blond and happy go lucky kinda of gal. I'm tall, muscular, brunette, serious with a very odd, usually inappropriate sense of humor, and very clumsy. For the life of me I could never act sexy.

I tried but always felt foolish, I've also been part of the selfie crowd when my husband and I bought our first iPhones back in 2000s, I can't remember the exact year. However I grew tired of looking at myself. I tend to get bored easily regarding trends. I think trends are set up that way, to keep people busy, spending money and looking the other way, away from the man behind the curtain that writes the script called mass brainwashing. I've learned to ignore trendies now as I inch closer to 60 years old. I was too busy to be a trendy in my 20s and 30s, busy raising four kids and taking care of a farm to be a trend follower.

I could of been the popular girl in school but the popularity game bored me to tears, literally to tears. I had no idea back then my type of intelligence didn't like to play games. I felt like an outcaste and maybe I was mentally retarded. I wish I'd known back then about different types of intelligence and there is no need to fit into a sick society.

I did try the trendy thing in my 40s, but I felt foolish and awkward doing what the masses loved and walked away. Parroting ideologies, buying this and that to try and fit in, screw that! Being myself takes less energy and I get to explore who I am rather than what other people think I should be, I don't have to go anywhere, spend tons of money or buy into some cult like behavior I see within our society.

This trendy society can take their fake body parts, uncomfortable clothes, intellectual nubbly-noobness, your never ending styles of clothes, tech and body upgrades, manipulative ideologies, cult politics, and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Spatial Intelligence

Spatial Intelligence is an area in the theory of multiple intelligences that deals with spatial judgment and the ability to visualize with the mind's eye. It is defined by Howard Gardner as a human computational capacity that provides the ability or mental skill to solve spatial problems of navigation, visualization of objects from different angles and space, faces or scenes recognition or to notice fine details. Can you do 3D puzzles...without using your hands? Our visual-spatial intelligence test assesses your ability to mentally manipulate 3D objects, a skill that has practical significance in everyday life and in the workplace. Find out if your brain can flip, rotate, and piece together these images - and have fun doing it!

Maybe There Is A Reason Why You Don't Fit In

In a deeply trouble society, not fitting in is a good thing. Looking crazy to a crazy society is a good thing! Don't listen to the crazies, listen to how you feel. Question and investigate why you are feeling this way. Do some proactive research. There is no one size fits all answer out there to help you find yourself. Don't go the trendy way to find yourself, it's really boring and a big waste of time. The only way to find acceptance and change the world is through finding out who you are and cultivating the special gifts you brought to this world.

Being myself takes less energy... - Brilliant observation! ...and you came out just right ;)

Thank you @abcdoctor, I think I have turned out okay. More test to come I'm sure 😉🦋

Yes, so true, and I'm breathing a little more deeply after reading your words about coming to value who you are. It's always a great reminder that " Being myself takes less energy and I get to explore who I am rather than what other people think I should be". Yes yes yes. Also, great photo and fun quiz especially since it was so easy. Thank you for your clear and insightful thinking!

I love the quizzes, they always say I'm a genius😂😂😂

I think the reason youth is celebrated and the aging folk are shunted to the side is because we know when we're being bullshited😉😁

Cool, I shouldn't be worried about not fitting in.

😊😊😋😍....very much alike except for the blond hair😁

The mind has no color😉

Colourless mindfulness🤓

This is an interesting post, and I really enjoy these kinds of tests, to be honest! What other tests like this have you found yourself learning more about yourself after you've taken them? Apparently I got every one on this test correctly, too. It was definitely a fun one, thanks for sharing!

Followed!!!

Awesome post and I think everyone is just way too caught up in catorgories. Just be yourself and everything will work out.

Awesomeness! I'd give this a double upvote if I could... but congratulations on just being yourself! The most beautiful thing anyone can be is truly themselves and comfortable in their own skin. And you are beautiful... precisely because you don't come across as artificially trying to "be something."

I never liked "plastic people," and have tried my best to not be a plastic people, and to not worry about "hot" trends.

I've always wondered what it would feel like just to be healthy, not be labeled this or that by people who make money from suffering.

Thank you @denmarkguy, everyone is unique, we all bring unique gifts with us, I wish we were allowed to express our talents and be ourselves. But this is frowned on and becoming dangerous with the cult of politics and the Gods of Media. If being myself goes out of the box, politically incorrect, not spouting the trendy agendas, I could be labeled mentally ill or even worse, go to a political or unpopular protest and be brutalized by trendies.

This world is getting really, really boring, I'm starting to loath trends and trendies.

I hear you... that's part of what scares me most about our world; this seeming "narrowing" of what is perceived as "normal." And so, if we're not "normal" we feel pressure to comform... except the range we're expected to fit into gets smaller and smaller. And then we need treatment and medication... which kills uniqueness and creativity.

You paraphrased one of my favorite Krishnamurti quotes: "It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society." Indeed.

We have to "vote" with our authentic selves... step away from the trends and trendies; and not let ourselves be bullied by them... instead, we must hold up "mirrors" for them so they can see the fake reflections they are adopting.

You said this so well, I agree and didn't know Krishnamurti came to the same conclusion ...druging us and putting us in prison is a true sign of insanity.

Trends is what the dumb people call consumerism lol and I guess the reason why you didn't fit in was that you're intellectual and you don't just follow the crowd? Brunette's are better than blondes (My opinion. Also if you want to really dig deep, and break away from the crowd. Stop voting and become an anarchist, as the term anarchy has been majorly misrepresented!

(Btw I'm not some random kids giving his two cents, I'm a random kid trying to earn his two cents 😂)

I'll give you 33 cents! I'm a libertarian-socialist...hahaha😂😂😂, I have some genius blonde girlfriends that are taller than me. Guys are scared of us😈

I don't vote for lesser degrees of corruption, this causes mental illness and cognitive dissonance.

So you're a nazi (; joking obviously.. Albert Einstein once said the definition of insanity was repeating the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results, I think he was talking about voting lol! 33 whole cents! I only wanted two, I guess I'm going to have to spend these wisely! Capitalism is healthy if it's not corrupt like in the society's we live in today. It creates healthy competition, and is more realistic, socialism is ideal but could never work, in my opinion. Some people want to work and other don't, that's why capitalism is so appealing to me, as I'm a firm believer of you get out what you put in! Also, I bet guys are scared of you, you look like a scary woman😉😈

I believe in free markets even though freedom of any kind hasn't been allowed, ever, ever, ever...I'm a political atheist 😁

The boys in highschool told me I was the marrying kind, sigh, I didn't date much...commitment and I demand intelligent conversation, this is very scary,

Yeah I don't really care for politics either tbh, I'd marry you if I were ten years younger😶😂 But I'm definitely the same, also I don't chase girls, I let the intelligent one's chase me. 👅😂 But this philosophy will probably cause me to end up a loner(;

I don't chase but I like to dance, but I did ask my husband out, he is shy and a social klutz techy guy. Sometimes reaching out and saying, hey I really like you is worth the effort.

As if you asked your husband out, lucky guy! I hope that happens to me😂 I will reach out to people more, but I honestly get bored of people really quickly, so it's kind of unfair to them.

So true! I've never liked trends and sometimes I was kind of a trendsetter in school. When I saw that other people are just copying me in most cases I even didn't like it any more :) To be honest, I find your picture more attractive than that of miss blondie ;) You look much younger by the way, maybe because you are walking your path and not that of the mass... I'll resteem this great post!

Your kindness @steemchiller brought tears to my eyes, I take after my Grandma Dorothy on my Mother's side of the family. She taught me how to eat and live a healthy life, she died at 92 years old. I remember her teachings when I came down with fibromyalgia.

The heat in the South here in Oklahoma makes me so tired, it exacerbates my autoimmune issues. This last month I literally felt like I was a hundred years old physically. I've been studying this issue for 20 years and started eating red meat again, it's the heme I need, I'm not retaining plant iron. I kicked up my walking, I walk 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the evening. I'm also drinking more water. My fatigue lifted this morning! I get so tired sometimes I can't think, which makes writing and painting a chore here on Steemit. One of the reasons I don't stop by Steemit chat very often😟

The allopathy almost killed me with their drug therapies. That was my first red pill....

I hope it were good tears :) I've changed my diet drastically in the last years, because I've seen that we all should take care of us by learning the truth for ourselves in this world.

If you don't have a water filter you should try that! We don't drink the water directly anymore. It goes through a filter and is than stored in a glass bottle with some crystals at the bottom, which help bringing the water from its chaos state to a more natural state.

We also don't use table salt or any salt other than himalayan salt, because it contains most minerals the human body needs. I take extra magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and some copper! daily. Copper, because my blood is of type rhesus negative (A-) and RH- people don't need that much iron, but copper. The optimal PH level for rhesus negative seems to be the opposite of that for RH+ blood types. Your eyes tell me that you could be RH negative too. Maybe you should first check that to find the food that is best for you.

Since I'm eating no more meat, I gained lots of energy and that makes sense for me, because A- should eat more plant based food. That all might sound crazy, but I tested it for myself and it worked for me. I wish you all the best!

I hope my words are understandable for you, because I'm not a native English speaker ;)

I've tried the rh-diet, I really need read meat iron, I come from tribes that lived off bison and cattle for thousands of years and women really need animal heme. I went vegan with proper supplants 15 years ago and did. I did poorly. I take iodine and selenium as well. We filter our water but don't have a filter for fluoride, which I'm buying next month off my steem profits. I'm a universal donor O something, I can't remember the type. Hopefully rh- will read this and find our conversation helpful! I cut out table salt and sugar a couple years ago, menopause is tricky..diet and exercise are key to everyone's health.

That's interesting! The step to go completely vegan I didn't want to try. I've just reduced the dairy products and cheese (that was hard) a bit. When you're of group O, you definitely need the red meat! Yes exercise is one of the most important things for all of us, that's true.

Thank you for the test link, very interesting... and I beg to differ: you are quite sexy

You would change you mind after living with me for a couple years, thank you (hugs).

Ahahahahahah... I do not agree that living together kills this kind of perception (personal experience).
Hugs from far, far away...

You´re beautiful, and smart ;) Amazing..!

Will Smith never stopped being cute lolol, thank you dear @yusaymon.

Awesome post!
Who wants to be boring normal anyways?

I did when I was a teenager, its lonely not fitting in, I quickly grew out of it...sadly I didn't mix with other people until my 40s because all my life I was treated like something was wrong with me, so I stayed away from strangers. When I went to college I found out I wasn't alone, even better, when I went to Buddhist retreats I found people just like me. I'm going to steemfest to meet more weirdos 😉

Urban dictionary:

out of the ordinary

unusual but in a good way
person1- how are you?
person2- extrasuperfantastic
person1- you are soo weird.

I think the gist of my story is, find yourself and you'll change the world for the better! Trends keep one on the treadmill chasing a carrot.

You are going to Steemfest? Wow! Good for you.

Yep, paying for my husband's ticket as well....people who made fun of my passion for cryptocurrency are now looking at me sideways and keeping quite. No ones laughing now, cept me😂😂😂😂

we have a lot in common @reddust ;-) (nearing my 60s...4 kids...never interested in doing 'sexy' (lol)
now time to do the spatial test...

Have fun, getting old is not for the faint of heart!

spatial test results...All I found out I was above average...lol.

At this point, I'm going with the idea that getting older is just a number...it's our state of mind that keeps us young - hopefully the body will come along for the ride ;-)
