Yes, great to see the challenge working, it's actually genius! Obviously now I´ll visit your content to see what´s up :D

I´m not an expert on meditation or anything like that, but Mindfulness looks promising. I´ve tested it yesterday after I wrote the post and I can´t say that it did wonders but I really liked that amount of time relaxed. Maybe in long term it completely changes me.

I agree with you, even though the challenge is more or less the basics of social media. However, things are different on Steemit though, so a challenge like this is definitely something good! :)

I think you'll have to spend hours and more hours to really achieve good things with mindfulness. But I believe it works, or that it can work.

Exactly it is so basic that the majority of people on Steemit forget to do it on a regular basis. It´s super important to create connections with others here, and this contest is trying to help with that.

I believe too, let's see!! While I got some free time, best try it than not knowing at all.
