Those who exclusively eat plant products without animal products at all.

For those who choose to be vegan for ethical reasons. I salute them. For your information, a vegan diet can save a lot of land for use as a food industry. Reducing the production of greenhouse gases from animal waste. And yes, animal deaths also decrease if there are many vegans.

Animals need to eat so they can grow and take their meat. The land and costs used to grow livestock food can be allocated to be used directly into human food so that more food for everyone.

Although of course if it were the whole vegan world. Farm animals may become extinct because they cannot survive in the wild or are threatened with extinction. The best way for animals other than humans to be sustainable and to have a large population is to be able to be cultivated by humans.

But if the vegan argument is for general health reasons, so to claim that vegans are healthier than omnivores. Of course they are wrong.

Not all animal products are certainly because you can't possibly be healthy with one kilogram of bacon every week rather than one kilogram of kale. But lean meat that is processed without using a lot of salt and oil along with various vegetables and fruits is arguably healthier than a diet that contains only green vegetables and fruit. Because of the lack of protein and healthy fats.

The reason a person is vegetarian is very diverse, some of them due to health factors. Indeed, there are many benefits of this diet for the health of the body, including healthier weight and cholesterol levels, as well as reducing the risk of heart disease. Other than that, the less likely to suffer from high blood pressure, prostate cancer, colon cancer and type 2 diabetes.

A pure vegan does not eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs or dairy products. However, lacto-vegetarians will eat dairy products, such as milk, cheese and yogurt.

People who follow a vegetarian diet and especially a vegan diet may be at risk of getting insufficient vitamin D and vitamin K, both needed for bone health.

Vegetarian food tends to be lower in fat, especially saturated fats, and higher in fiber, than animal-based foods.

A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet only excludes meat, fish and poultry, while eggs and dairy products are allowed.

Hope this will help you to take right decisions!☺💚

Thanks for your reply.

i really can not understand how people become vegetarians, i guess i can't live without eat meat :) Finally, i would not even try to become vegetarian!

If God exists then it is part of God's plan to put the meat eating teeth in the front of the human mouth. If the meat eating teeth get knocked out then plants can be eaten until new teeth can be replaced to continue eating meat.
