RE: Musing Posts

A pure vegan does not eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs or dairy products. However, lacto-vegetarians will eat dairy products, such as milk, cheese and yogurt.

People who follow a vegetarian diet and especially a vegan diet may be at risk of getting insufficient vitamin D and vitamin K, both needed for bone health.

Vegetarian food tends to be lower in fat, especially saturated fats, and higher in fiber, than animal-based foods.

A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet only excludes meat, fish and poultry, while eggs and dairy products are allowed.

Hope this will help you to take right decisions!☺💚
