Well it depends on the nature of secrets.
For example if someone has trusted me and told me his secret for some reason I will not break his trust.
If some secret belong to myself and if I feel that telling him secret would help him, I would told him my secret.
If something belong to my personal life and there is no benefit of telling someone my secret rather it may cause problem to me then I will never told to anyone.
In general, I keep secrets of the people who trust me and tell me their secrets for the sake of advises.
