Did you make that crumpet?? !!! If so, do you have a recipe for that? I love the tree shape.
My Grandmother used to make this butter....that's a million years ago.....I don't recall it being too spicy though.

Mines isn't spicy at first, the pepper in cream mutes it slightly but after a few hours and onward it gets a lot hotter! Kudos to your grandmother for the user of scotch bonnet chillis!!
