Pasta with prawns in a garlic cream sauce
on 100gramm - 80.51 kcal, B / F / U - 7.2 / 4.8 / 2.2
Ingredients:
Pasta - 250 g
Shrimp - 200 g
Cream - 150 ml
Butter - 20 g
Onions - 50 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Parsley - 20 g
Salt - to taste
A mixture of pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Garlic and onions finely chopped. Melt butter. Fry the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the peeled shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream. Boil.
3. Add the parsley and off. Boil Pasta according to package directions. Mix with sauce.

Yum yum, that looks so good. My mother was born in Louisiana and we would occasionally load up the car for the summer trip to her place of birth. I learned that people from Louisiana will eat just about anything -- as long as you could spice your food with peppers and file. Never was a big fan of prawns however Boudan would make my day. Hope I spelled Boudan correctly. One thing I found out while visiting Louisiana was that the sincerity of the people is second to none. And there is no shortage of beautiful women. But I digress.
