Walking is the best sport for your health. Don't worry if you can not run... Walking is far enough. Walking for steem is also great! Taking these good photos is amazing. I will read about this challenge right now... You gave me an inspiration... Thanks for this. Loves from Spain. :)

I agree! I used to walk very often, at least 2-3 times a week. Most of them is a short walk, not more than 5 km, but up and down. Sometimes i walk 25-30 km in the forests.

Walking in the forest is amazing. With the voice of nature and clean air... I was walking on routine in city, and I realized that wasn't a good idea, Now when I have the time, I go to the natural place to walk. But 25-30 kms. That is not easy for me with terrible back problem. Have a healthy life.
