Turkish heat wouldn't motivate me to do shit.

(But yes I totally need to get back in shape. I'm in the worst shape of my life and my job (and literally my life) depend on me being physically able to do my job.)

Lol, my friend asks me why I don't turn on the A/C only to hear from me that I'm training myself to get used to this weather. I'm burning calories while being idle bruh.

Dude, you can start with just 5-10 push ups a day. Imagine what change it would bring if you did this for one month ;)

I'm not weak lol. I just don't have the stamina lol. I'm sloppy. I put up like 300 on the bench a couple of months ago. (I never really lifted. Always just did some form of high intensity cardio. I'm too lazy for that these days.)

bruh, I started with 5KG dumbbells 🤣🤣🤣 just to build up stamina and getting used to it again :P

I need to clarify. I did one rep and was like "yep I'm done."

Done.... for the dayyyy :p
