@broncnutz I did the same thing this past weekend, but with SBDs. I sat with my mother-in-law, transferred 56 SBDs to Bittrex, swapped them for BTC, then moved BTC to Coinbase and used my Shift card to pay for a day trip to Colorado Springs (Adams Cafe for breakfast, Great Wolf's Lodge for questing and the obstacle course, then Burrowing Owl for dinner).
Once she saw that, she registered for a Coinbase account and a Steemit account. I even sent her $10 in Bitcoin to show how easy the transfer was. Now she's hooked.
I think more videos showing how it happens will convert more people one by one.

Mmmmm Lobster!!!!! You're speaking my language man. Being from Nova Scotia and growing up in Halifax we can't get enough lobster. Nothing like getting a big feed of them and having a good ole lobster boil with potato salad and all the fixings. I think I might have drilled when you showed us that big boy!
Speaking to the smart cash, it is so nice to see the crypto being used in its purest form. I think so many people look at crypto as a way to invest and pull out profits into real cash but never stop to think that they can actually use these currencies for real stuff. The whole point of crypto currencies is to provide alternate forms of payments. It will be fantastic once some of these projects that are working on pay cards for crypto get off the ground.
