You change the rules overnight yet I have to wait 13 weeks to cash out? SCAM! You botched the upgrade last week and had a false start leading to 37 hours of down time and we are told just wait it out... SCAM! We are told this week oh just wait 5 days and it will be okay... Though it appears they've applied a patch to help remedy the issues, I still feel these new people could use that little extra boost. Every vote will count towards them being able to enjoy themselves here and by the sounds of it, you care about them, so it would be greatly appreciated if you could help.

lol this is funny because bigdeej is the one scamming users in his group shadowbot
i was there nearly year and lost 100's of SBD in votyes to dev accounts and the 100's of spam accounts there a even though i had a high rank top 15 out of over 2k users in terms of their group system that they claimed was fair with dev accounts getting 4 to 6 times the votes of others with similar ranks
as you can see he is now using the posting privileges given to the group to upvote his whinging comments
ALL minnows are FUCKED... This is WHAT I AM FIGHTING FOR!! Follow me! Look at what the CORE team is advocating for... Look at the biggest account holders... They want ME GONE! Yet I spend more resources to help others that are under 100 SP than they ever do! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

Handing out your steem to minnows doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I say go for it! That would be awesome.
Much of the problems you mention new members have to face only exist if people are unwillingly to step up and vote. Refusing to do so is intentionally holding them back. Now, more than ever, curation is important. If people aren't willing to do that, who's to blame? If you'd like to see them succeed, do something. If you don't want to see them succeed, do nothing.
I'll try to help people as much as I can, within reason, little by little. I'm not interested in telling you what to do.
