What is your point? that people shouldn't point out a manifestly bad deal unless theyre willing to start their own business to offer a better one.

This site is a rip-off, designed to fleece unwary or ignorant consumers. Its as simple as that.

There are already more competitive options for fiat to crypto conversions. Not all are as convenient as the above option, but the price is better. It depends what people are looking for.

Cex.io has offered debit/mastercard purchases for quite some time. I didn't use it cause for 20€ purchase they took 1.50€ fee, and no I won't use a service where bitcoin costs 30% more than the average price of it right now.

Watch the pennies and the pounds look after themselves, I think someone said, once upon a time. :-)

Assume the buyer doesn't know what crypto is and doesn't care.
