I think besides these items, food rich in antioxidants should help. Any fruit will help because of natural fruit sugars and vitamin shot that you'll get. Eating a lot of green or for that matter any vegetables will help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

A lot of people face another problem. Stress eating..the evil side of stress where one ends up eating junk and processed food, where artificial sugars give you instant gratification. That leads to overeating.. weight gain and more stress.

Best is to stick to healthy food that naturally keeps stress away.

Great post!

I agree with you. Exercise is a great way to reduce your stress levels. Go to places where there are green spaces, such as parks, gardens or even the forest for training. There are many ways to practice for you: walking slowly, jogging, biking or climbing, .. the combination of training with nature always bring great results in reducing stress and letter relax. Get out of the fresh air and feel the life around. Thank you @annemariemay
