A nice fresh batch of Turmeric milk. Made from Turmeric powder Ground black pepper, Organic honey, chilli pouder, ginger and grated frozen lemon. Simple to make just one cup of Turmeric 2 cups of water combine everything in a saucepan and cook till the paste is stiff. You can add it to anything I use goats milk.
It is a natural pain killer which I use for my bad back, it works wonders.
Also great for its anti cancer properties.

this looks interesting, what else would I use it for? How does it taste? Would I be able to use almond milk or rice milk? Would it be good for other types of inflammation, say after a run? Elaborate there mate... your first post should be cooking to grab your audience. You need an editor-in-chief.

There is an amaizing amout of info. On the net about the uses of Termeric and its natural anti inflammatory effects... Of course you can put it in anything. I sometimes use greek yogurt. The main ingredient is Turmeric and black pepper the pepperine helps the body absorb the active part of the Termaric.. Curcumin. There are claims it has been used to cure cancer.

yes. I have taken it in capsule form. I have just recently purchased the powder. I am aware of its benefits. I was hoping for you to elaborate on the subject, to be like a master of it, and in doing so eliminate my need for the Internet :))) For example how much do you put in the greek yogurt. Do you put it in the yogurt just plain?

Do you put the powder in the yogurt or the milk mixture with the turmeric in the yogurt

Thanks for posting this recipe, I’ll definitely give this a try.

Glad you like it. Its great for so many ailments.

so will i get the whole recipe for this on the internet. I would like to know how much paste goes in the milk. etc

Start here. I usually use a good heaped teaspoon stired into milk or yogurt.

Yes I stopped for a while to see if my back was still bad and it slowly came back. So I will start up again. I sometimes take it twice a day. There doesn't seem to be any danger of overdose. Oh and thanks for the advise. Yes I probably need an editor lol x

I am going to try it with brown rice milk or almond milk. looks good.

It is good, you can add any extras you like to make it tast good for you.
And no hats for me not a fan. Just me bald head 😎
