@kennethz, there are a few strings with quotation marks like this " ".

For example:

Edit "%{post_title}" Page

You translate it to:
编辑《%{post_title}》页面

Is there a reason why you use 《》 for translation.

In books, we use that, but I want to hear from your end, why you choose those bracket quotations.

According to our National Standards 《标点符号用法》 (GB/T 15834-2011), Part 4.15, the work's name should use this punctuation.

1. 15-3.2标示电影、电视、音乐、诗歌、雕塑等各类用文字、声音、图像等表现的作品的名称。
