I usually use a guided meditation before sleeping, and now my alarm begins with an EPIC motivational speech, that helps me start the day on the right footing. Today was day 1 and it felt GOOD! Thanks!

Same here, I use headspace in the morning and in the evening.

Just checked Headspace, that's a huge library! Will check them out. I hope they don't use brainwave entrainment/binural beats. Thanks!
