Partying excessively can be an obstruction to a person’s goals which can then hinder his success in life.
He was instructed to destroy all evidence fearing that his assailant brother can go to jail.
He wants to become a musician; however, he is still figuring out what musical instrument he wants to excel in.

Building blocks, like Duplo are great instruments for young children to enhance their motor skills and nurture their creativity. The down-side is my home becomes filled with obstructions when the construct is destroyed.

I'm constructing a way to remember the I Ching symbols using picture mnemonics.
Obstruction:
The obstruction, a spring welling up at the foot of a mountain, stopped the developers from cutting down a tree and putting up a house.
Destroy:
The time it takes to destroy a relationship is exceedingly shorter than the time it takes to build it.
Instrument:
Those who were born in the lower rungs of society, the instruments we used for our own scrips, rose up against us, their controllers, by refusing to lick our feet.

However, I think you could have improved your sentence #2 by making it negative. That is, "the obstruction did NOT stop the developers." But you knew that, right?
If we are talking about the people who don't respect life, your adverb works so very well. lol
Right. I've seen developers tear down old heritage buildings, people's homes, trees, and anything else that stands in the way of $$$$.
Those horrible people have no respect for life, for history, for nature. It's pathetic.
Pathetic.

All the evidences were destroyed in the fire accident.

The politician used lies and fake promises as instrument to winning elections.

Construct.
The builder needs to find out a safe way to construct the scaffolding over the bridge they are repairing.
Obstruction.
The builder found out the obstruction in the plumbing system was a nest of mice that had settled there when building was halted due to flooding.
Destroy.
Fires in California this year destroyed millions of acres of land, homes and farms; and will likely contribute to mudslides with the coming rains.
Instrument.
A well-written policies & procedures manual can serve as an instrument of how things are accomplished in the office work environment so each employee understands what is expected of them and how they are to be treated.
