RE: Fitness Journey - Day 4

If you want to remove your sugar cravings try having bananas more often than not. It's sweet and nutritious at the same time. So instead of piling on fat for satisfying your sugar cravings you pile on nutrition and still satisfy your sugar cravings. Having protein not a lot but in moderation helps you stay full for a longer period of time and that's also useful for satisfying your sugar cravings. But you must increase your Exercise if you want to increase your protein intake. Otherwise, don't increase your nutrition intake UNNECESSARYILY because it will put on weight and if you want to LOSE weight then this is something you really want to avoid. Thank you for the information! I really appreciate it! I have been keeping my calories fairly low but on days I do Jiu Jitsu I think I am going to have to increase it to about 2300. I'm still thinking though. The work out is pretty intense so I want to make sure I have enough fuel to get through it. A few of the fighters that train there do the Ketogenic diet too and what they do is kind of a carb up about an hour before the workout. I was thinking of doing the same to test that out. What is your thoughts on that?

I could definitely sneak in some banana here and there on my diet to help with the sugar cravings. I am holding out for payday unfortunatly to load up. I did pick up some spinach today so I will be doing something with that to get some greens in.

Thanks again for the information. I am sure I will be messaging you with a few questions.
