Thank you for the information! I really appreciate it! I have been keeping my calories fairly low but on days I do Jiu Jitsu I think I am going to have to increase it to about 2300. I'm still thinking though. The work out is pretty intense so I want to make sure I have enough fuel to get through it. A few of the fighters that train there do the Ketogenic diet too and what they do is kind of a carb up about an hour before the workout. I was thinking of doing the same to test that out. What is your thoughts on that?

I could definitely sneak in some banana here and there on my diet to help with the sugar cravings. I am holding out for payday unfortunatly to load up. I did pick up some spinach today so I will be doing something with that to get some greens in.
