Howdy Steemit

Today has been a pretty blah day! I ended up staying home from work with a nasty headache. Seems any time the weather goes from really cold to warm I get these headaches. Calgary is a pretty dry place too so that doesn’t help. I am probably just being a baby but regardless of a headache I still stayed on track.

Today I am just going to do a quick overview. Feel free to comment below if you have any questions. I am more than happy to answer them.

Food for the Day

As I was saying, I was on point. I did go over my protein again but hey the weight is coming off so I am just going to keep pushing forward.

My Workout for the Day

Now I know I said I was dealing with a headache but I did get my butt up and do a bit of a Yoga workout. Something to stretch out as I was feeling pretty sore from the day before.

Sleep Stats

I did have a pretty good sleep I found. I was tossing and turning a bit but overall it wasn’t that bad of a snooze. I didn't sleep long but I did feel refreshed. Mind you I did have a crazy headache when I woke up but other than that I feel like I am doing fine.

Well, that about wraps it up. As I said this is just going to be a quick log to check in and post my stats. I will have a better update tomorrow. Again, if you have any questions please feel free to ask in the comments section and I am more than happy to answer.

Awesome job so far. You definitely got this. I just posted a blog a little bit ago today about how just switching the water I was drinking helped me lose and keep off 50lbs without even exercising the last few months.

Thank you so much! I will definitely have to check your post out. I know since I cut out pop and juice and drinking mainly water, I have the weirdest cravings now and then. I live in Calgary Alberta here in Canada and it tends to be dry sometimes so I will just be working away and all of a sudden have the biggest craving for water.

Though I love green tea too so that is another addiction I have! hahaha. Thanks again for the support!

If you want to remove your sugar cravings try having bananas more often than not. It's sweet and nutritious at the same time. So instead of piling on fat for satisfying your sugar cravings you pile on nutrition and still satisfy your sugar cravings. Having protein not a lot but in moderation helps you stay full for a longer period of time and that's also useful for satisfying your sugar cravings. But you must increase your Exercise if you want to increase your protein intake. Otherwise, don't increase your nutrition intake UNNECESSARYILY because it will put on weight and if you want to LOSE weight then this is something you really want to avoid. For further questions DM me on discord.

Thank you for the information! I really appreciate it! I have been keeping my calories fairly low but on days I do Jiu Jitsu I think I am going to have to increase it to about 2300. I'm still thinking though. The work out is pretty intense so I want to make sure I have enough fuel to get through it. A few of the fighters that train there do the Ketogenic diet too and what they do is kind of a carb up about an hour before the workout. I was thinking of doing the same to test that out. What is your thoughts on that?

I could definitely sneak in some banana here and there on my diet to help with the sugar cravings. I am holding out for payday unfortunatly to load up. I did pick up some spinach today so I will be doing something with that to get some greens in.

Thanks again for the information. I am sure I will be messaging you with a few questions.

Dm me on discord and let's have a brief discussion there.

Dam man, you're tracking everything LOL... Love this post! Keep it up! https://steemit.com/@muscleroast.com

Thanks! Yeah, I want to document everything. Last year I lost 80 pounds and I wish I would have done this then for I have something to look back on. Also back when I was 300 pounds I would look up and only find post from people who have already reached their goal weight. It was hard to find anything documenting their journey. Or if I found something they would usually try and sell me something when I would reach out to them.
I just want everything to be as transparent as possible and maybe someone who is looking to lose some weight could pick pieces of what I did to help them or at least get them started on their journey.

Thats great buddy. You're doing great...keep up the good work and send updates!
